TIMMY GRAHAM.
Timmy began his athletic career in football, playing for clubs like Linfield Youth, Glenavon, and Lancaster City. His career ended at 24 due to a serious injury in Germany, leading him to pursue strength and conditioning, especially around the sport of Olympic weightlifting.
Timmy’s qualifications include a MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s Twickenham. He serves as the National Weightlifting Head Coach for Northern Ireland and is also a certified British Weight Lifting Tutor for levels 1 and 2. Additionally, Timmy is an accredited coach with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).
STEPH GRAHAM.
Steph’s coaching career started immediatley after graduating; completing an internship in the Strength & Conditioning department of the Glasgow Warriors Rugby team.
Aside from being his business partner, Steph is also Timmy’s wife!
Steph’s qualifications include a BSc in Physiology & Sports Science (University of Glasgow). She is also a British Weight lifting Level 1 & 2 Coach and British Gymnastics Level 1 Coach. Additionally, Steph is a N. Ireland Weightlifting Committee member and accredited UKSCA coach.
